Before your appointment
  • Discuss retinoids, acids, benzoyl peroxide, and prescription skincare with your provider before treatment; confirm which products to pause and when.
  • Avoid waxing, sugaring, threading, or dermaplaning on the area for seven days before your peel.
  • Avoid self-tanner and significant sun exposure for the preceding week. Tell your provider about cold sores or recent laser treatments.

Follow the preparation instructions for your exact appointment. Contact the studio if anything is unclear. Do not stop or change prescribed medication without guidance from your prescriber.
