Before your treatment, avoid sun exposure and tanning beds for at least two weeks. You should also avoid using any harsh products or exfoliating the treatment area for at least 48 hours prior to treatment.
You may wear makeup to your appointment, but it will need to be removed from the treatment area before your facial service.
Common side effects of these treatments include redness, mild swelling, and mild discomfort at the treatment site. These side effects typically resolve within a few hours to a few days. If you experience any unusual or severe side effects, contact your practitioner immediately.
