- Confirm which lotions, deodorant, makeup, or other products to avoid on the day.
- Ask what to wear and how to plan your appointment around an event.

After your treatment
- Follow the rinse time given for the tanning solution used at your appointment.
- Confirm when you can shower, exercise, swim, or apply moisturizer.
- Contact the studio if you have not received your preparation or aftercare instructions.
