01 · Your care

Before your visit

Come with clean lashes and no mascara, eyeliner, or oils around your eyes.
If another studio applied your extensions, let Balm know when booking so your artist can assess the set.
Check your confirmation for the time reserved for your appointment.

02 · Your care

Keep your extensions dry for the first 24 hours, following your artist’s instructions.
Avoid rubbing, tugging, or oil-based products around the eyes.
Clean gently with a lash-safe cleanser as your artist directs. Ask about the right timing for your next fill.

Call the studio where you’re booked for preparation, recovery questions, or another copy of your aftercare instructions.

If you have an unexpected or worsening reaction, contact your provider promptly. For a medical emergency, seek urgent medical help.
