Before your appointment, ensure that your lashes are clean and free of any mascara or other eye makeup. Do not use oil-based products on your lashes for at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
You may wear makeup to your appointment, but it will need to be removed from your lashes prior to the service.
It is recommended that you remove contact lenses prior to your appointment.
To care for your lashes, avoid rubbing or pulling on them. Use oil-free makeup removers, and gently cleanse them with a lash extension-friendly cleanser. Avoid excessive exposure to water, steam, and heat. Brush them daily with a clean mascara wand to keep them neat.
